Corporate Logistic Specialist

Within the Corporate Supply Chain Organization Recordati is searching for a Corporate Logistic Specialist
Main activities:
Logistics

Liaise with Transportation company to organize and monitor goods pick up from CMO/Production sites to Subsidiaries/Customers HUB.
Ensure all shipment documentation adheres to standards and is compliant GDP requirements.
Oversee timeliness and accuracy of incoming transportation and trade data, notifications and alerts
Process daily work orders, inbound & outbound logistics transactions.
Liaise with Logistics Providers to resolve any shipment issues.
Reconcile weekly and monthly inventory and related transactions
Own relationship with cross-functional stakeholders

SAP

Goods receipt
Delivery and invoice

Planning tool master data management
Maintenance and development of planning platform in order to support business evolution and requirements for Logistic and Warehouse Management

Others

Support in business ppt presentation for monthly review meeting
Supply KPI monitoring

Skills required:

Scientific degree, preferred Management engineering
Experience with international logistics, managing import and export documentation
Excellent Microsoft Office package knowledge
Excellent SAP knowledge ( MM module in particular)
Analytical skills
Team working attitude
English fluent
3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations
Experience with international logistics, managing import and export documentation
Pharma environment is preferred but also Food and Large-Scale Retail Trade
