KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER RARE DISEASES (CAMPANIA,MOLISE & PUGLIA)

On behalf of our client, Biotech company of rare diseases, we are looking for a Key Account Manager Rare Diseases (Campania, Molise & Puglia)
Roles And Responsibilities
  • Creation of customer targets, Account plan and action planning in line with country strategy and in agreement with line manager
  • Customer contacts through one to ones, group meetings, Virtual meetings, congresses etc. with the treating physicians and their wider multi-disciplinary teams for the disease areas
  • Achieve agreed sales and volume targets for designated products
  • Monitor Orders through regular contacts with Hospital Pharmacists
  • Utilize CRM system to support the sales process and maintain data in a timely manner as defined as required
  • Conduct a regular territory analysis in order develop an in depth understanding of customers, competitor landscape & activities and trends in sales and market share
  • Provide market access support working closely with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Implement the commercial strategy within agreed promotion and cost budget
Requirements and skills
  • Degree qualified in Healthcare/Life Sciences (or equivalent)
  • Must achieve and maintain defined industry educational and qualification requirements within the country of employment in order to be able to perform their role
  • Appropriate track record of success in sales ideally within specialty pharma, rare disease and orphan drug sales
  • In depth knowledge of Italian healthcare system, hospital as well as office-based physician business
  • Passion for helping patients with rare diseases
  • Analytical mindset and business acumen
  • Autonomy, self-motivation and efficiency, with an appropriate sense of urgency
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including diplomacy and flexibility, and the ability to engage and influence effectively with key stakeholders
  • Strong presentation & effective interpersonal skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems
  • Fluency in English
This role is field based, address in Napoli is highly preferred.
