Development of a robust local access plan to grant patients access to company products in line with Company Strategy for each brand and in cross-functional collaboration with other functions and engaging with access external stakeholders as appropriate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Interact with regional market access decision makers in order to favour the introduction of products in regional/ local formularies
  • Extend the area of action/ influence to large key accounts, whose main stakeholders have an impact on regional decisions
  • Elaborate and present health-economic models to favour the adoption and the maintenance of products in regional/ large key account formularies
  • Build and maintain relationship with Regional Authorities/ Local Health Authorities
  • Provide insights across the cross-functional team to build tailored solutions
PERSONAL SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
  • Prior experience in working in a matrix organization
  • Strong communication, negotiating and influencing skills;
  • Business acumen and result orientation
  • Deep knowledge of the regional and local access processes, including hospital environment, buying processes, formulary reviews etc. in the area of activity
  • Proven ability to identify regional/account-level price and access opportunities to maximise business performance
  • Relevant experience (at least 5 years) in Regional Market Access management in the area assigned
  • Good command of English language

The position is field-based (preferably in Rome)
