We are partnering with an international pharmaceutical company to identify a Commercial Excellence Specialist who will play a key role in supporting commercial effectiveness and data-driven decision making across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 2–3 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness, Business Insights, CRM, and Omnichannel, ideally gained within the pharmaceutical industry or in a consulting firm focused on pharma/life sciences.
The role sits at the intersection of analytics, field force optimization, customer engagement, and commercial execution, with strong exposure to cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives to improve field performance and resource allocation
  • Generate and interpret business insights to support strategic and operational decision making
  • Manage and optimize CRM processes and tools, ensuring data quality, adoption, and effective use by the business
  • Contribute to the design and execution of omnichannel engagement strategies to enhance customer experience and commercial impact
  • Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations for the business
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across commercial processes, systems, and ways of working
Ideal Profile
  • 2–3 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, SFE, Business Insights, CRM, Omnichannel, or related areas
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
  • Candidates coming from consulting firms specialized in pharma/life sciences are also strongly considered
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into business recommendations
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, reporting tools, and performance tracking
  • Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
  • Solid communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, international environment
  • Fluent in English and Italian
