COMMERCIAL EXCELLENCE SPECIALIST Business unit Commercial Operations Sedi Italia/Lombardia/Milano We are partnering with an international pharmaceutical company to identify a Commercial Excellence Specialist who will play a key role in supporting commercial effectiveness and data-driven decision making across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 2–3 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness, Business Insights, CRM, and Omnichannel, ideally gained within the pharmaceutical industry or in a consulting firm focused on pharma/life sciences. The role sits at the intersection of analytics, field force optimization, customer engagement, and commercial execution, with strong exposure to cross-functional stakeholders.
