For our Client mama health, Pharma Point is looking for a: CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER.

As a Customer Success Manager at mama health, you’ll be the main Client Partner for some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies, ensuring that they extract maximum value from our Patient Journey Analytics Platform. You will:


 
  • Serve as the trusted advisor for our pharma clients at multiple organizational levels, working with several business functions (marketing, market access, medical, patient advocacy, analytics), helping them understand how patient insights can directly support their strategic and business objectives.
  • Translate patient-reported data and real-world insights into actionable recommendations for clients, shaping launch strategiesawareness initiatives, and patient empowerment opportunities.
  • Design, execute, and oversee client rollout plans, ensuring smooth adoption of mama health’s products across global and local teams.
  • Monitor and demonstrate ROI for clients, leading renewal conversations and identifying opportunities to expand partnerships, ultimately owning client's success end-to-end.
  • Be part of the commercial team and act as the bridge between clients and our internal teams: collaborate closely with Data ScienceSales, and Marketing, while bringing structured client feedback to our Patient App team to continually improve the product.
  • Represent mama health in high-stakes moments, from day-to-day project delivery to strategic quarterly client reviews, from on-site demos to world-class pharma conferences.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Experience: we are hiring for multiple positions at various seniority levels. Ideally you should have 3–7 years of experience in Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, or another client-facing role with proven ownership of client relationships. However, if you believe you are an excepetionally-talented individual, feel free to apply even with fewer or more years of experience, there might still be an opening for you.
  • Client leadership: You have strong relationship management skills, are comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and guiding them through adoption of new tools or processes. You wow people.
  • Industry knowledge: Healthcare or pharma experience and knowledge is expected, especially for more senior hires. In case of a lack of previous experience, we evaluate junior candidates with a strong interest and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Execution & ownership: You are a strong executor with excellent organizational skills, able to deliver reliably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity & innovation: You don’t just follow playbooks — you enjoy shaping new approaches, guiding clients through novelty, and helping them embrace innovative solutions.
  • Flexibility: You are adaptable and open to taking on projects within and beyond the traditional scope of Customer Success, thriving in a fast-moving company that grows with you.
  • Analytical mindset: You are comfortable with data-driven insights and able to translate complex information into clear client value stories.
  • Collaboration: You thrive in cross-functional environments and are a team player.
  • Languages: You are seriously fluent in English. Ideally you also speak one of the following languages: Italian, German, Spanish, French.
  • Mindset: You are entrepreneurial, proactive, and resilient — you take ownership, bring structure where needed, and are motivated by impact.
  • Location: You live in Berlin, or are willing to relocate. For hires in Italy, we accept also CSMs who work from Milan/remote, who can accommodate trips to clients and to our headquarter in Berlin.

1) a Patient App that helps chronic patients find answers to their daily questions - using best in class multi-agent systems and proprietary data
2) a Patient Journey Analytics Platform to see real time patient needs, roadblock and what needs to be done to improve patients care
