KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - NORTH EAST

Pharma Point, on behalf of an international biopharmaceutical company operating in the field of rare diseases, is seeking a Key Account Manager – North East Italy to support the expansion of its presence in the Italian market.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and drive opportunities to accelerate brand growth within the assigned territory.
• Promote the appropriate and effective use of the product, ensuring a clear understanding of its clinical value among healthcare professionals.
• Develop and implement territory and account plans, aligned with national strategy and in collaboration with Medical Affairs.
• Support the execution of marketing strategies and omnichannel initiatives at local level.
• Define and implement access plans to ensure inclusion in regional and local formularies.
• Achieve pre- and post-launch KPIs, including sales targets and account objectives.
• Organize and manage local scientific meetings and educational initiatives for healthcare professionals.
• Ensure accurate reporting and effective use of CRM systems.
• Operate in full compliance with company policies, industry regulations and ethical standards.

Requirements

• University degree in a scientific or business-related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, including significant exposure to rare diseases and/or neurology.  
• Proven experience in Key Account Management and strong commercial acumen.
• Experience in the neuromuscular field is considered a plus.
• Strong project management, planning and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities in a cross-functional and international environment.
• High level of adaptability, resilience and ability to work in dynamic, evolving contexts.
