MARKETING MANAGER Business unit Marketing Sedi Italia/Lombardia/Milano Pharma Point, on behalf of Substipharm, a lean and fast-growing international pharmaceutical company with a solid consolidated turnover, is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the launch of products in new therapeutic areas. Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis: Conduct competitor research, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities. Marketing Strategy: Develop a comprehensive marketing plan, including product positioning, target audience identification, and messaging. Campaign Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, print, and events. Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels. Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, tracking ROI and making data-driven decisions. Requirements: Experience: At least 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Education: Bachelor's degree in Science (ideally a Pharmacy degree) combined with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Skills: Strong business acumen and analytical skills. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing. Ability to develop and manage marketing budgets. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously. Languages: Really fluent in English, written and spoken; French would be a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements and industry trends. Product Launch Experience: Proven track record of successfully launching or relaunching products in the pharmaceutical industry.
