OPERATIONS DIRECTOR & QP Business unit Quality Unit Sedi Italia/Lombardia/Milano For our client company, an international pharma manufacturer based near Milan, we are looking for a Operations Director & QP The figure will guarantee the management of the operations functions and the production volumes according to the defined and approved plans and budgets. Main responsibilities manage infrastructures and departments for drugs production to grant defined volumes, collaborating with the Commercial function; coordinate activities needed for the introduction of new products in company portfolio, relating to the other business functions; identify strategic investment areas proposing improvement actions, both at Plant level and in Leadership Team in which he/she participates; supervise the assigned budget and take part to meetings of company committees to create collaboration and team building environment. As Qualified Person, release production batches ensuring the respect of GMPs and activley participate in inspections by health authorities. Profile scientific Degree (CTF, Pharmacy, Biology) previous experience as QP fluent English business acumen and budget technics knowledge.
