Job Description: We’re looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join our Consumer Healthcare Marketing Department reporting to the Head of Marketing Consumer Healthcare. The Brand manager will support the Marketing Manager, as a direct report, on analysis and implementation of several activations and ensure our growth over the next years. Main Responsibilities: In this role you will have the opportunities to improve your marketing skills through different activities: Track performance (market, competition, brands, consumers, promotion) to support the marketing manager on recommendation and action plan Monitor A&P accuracy (Advertising&Promotion spending) Be responsible of the process of materials approval and purchase orders Support the category marketing manager on media and promotion activities and be point of contact for others involved departments (Regulatory, Medical, Legal, Sales, Supply) Strongly support the marketing manager in daily activities including program reporting and analysis Manage relationships and projects with suppliers and Sales Force. Skills and Competencies: University degree Economics / Marketing preferred minimum two years' experience in marketing or trade marketing in health care companies (pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, Food supplementation) focused on Pharmacy channel Experience in analysing Sell-Out data (IQVIA, Nielsen…) Good Microsoft-office skills (Excel is a must) Strong analytical skills Good communication skills Collaboration and team-work mindset Open minded and flexible attitude.
