Position Title:  Medical Lead OncoHematology
As a Medical Lead, you are the reference point for scientific advice on this therapeutic area, for Medical Department and Business and for external parties and institutions (Scientific Clinical Experts, Hospitals and Universities). In order to ensure an effective presence in the company’s therapeutic area, you also implement scientific initiatives (clinical, epidemiological, observational trials, etc.), following in strategical/tactical plan as for Brand Plan, meeting the timelines and costs and in compliance with Company's standards and the legislation in force. 

Tasks & Accountabilities
 
  • Support Brand Team functions in pre-marketing, launch and post-launch for medical-scientific information/ activities for the therapeutic area of competence, including digital editorial plan and leading the digital transformation
  • Ensure international relations with Corporate Medical Affairs to define communication strategies and develop medical/scientific initiatives
  • Ensure publication of national Trial results in scientific journals and collaborate in defining scientific communication activities as part of congresses for therapeutic area of competence, in co-operation with Experts, in order to enhance the scientific profile of assigned products
  • Provide Local Regulatory Affairs with the scientific advice needed to draw up the documentation required by Regulatory Authorities and for all related activities, in order to comply with the laws and regulations
  • Ensure employee management, development and training, as well as technical training, in order to foster motivation, professional adequacy and effectiveness

Requirements
 
  • University Master degree in Medicine (MD)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company in roles of increasing responsibility, with significant senior leadership experience in Medical Affairs
  • Experience in people management and ability to lead, engage and inspire
  • Native level of Italian language and excellent command of the English language
  • Act with an open mind to face internal and external transformation
  • Strong cross functional collaboration skills and project management skills
